1. Introduction

Welcome to Grand X – Gaming Summit Palestine.
By registering and participating in any tournament or event organized by Grand X, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 13 years or older.
  • Players under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
  • All participants must register using accurate personal information.
  • Grand X reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.

3. Registration & Participation

  • Registration must be completed through the official Grand X website or designated platforms.
  • Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.
  • Teams must appoint a team leader responsible for communication and coordination with organizers.
  • Players must arrive and be ready to play at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Compete fairly and respectfully.
  • Avoid any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs.
  • Refrain from abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
  • Respect referees, staff, and other players at all times.

Violation of these rules may result in penalties, disqualification, or permanent bans from future events.

5. Tournament Format & Rules

  • Tournament formats (Solo, Team, Bracket, etc.) will be announced per title.
  • Match rules, scoring systems, and tiebreakers are defined by Grand X officials.
  • Any disputes must be reported immediately to event administrators.
  • The decisions of the referees and organizers are final and binding.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes will be announced prior to the tournament.
  • Winners may be required to provide identification and tax details before claiming rewards.
  • Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited.
  • Grand X reserves the right to adjust prize distribution if necessary.

7. Media & Content Rights

By participating, you consent to:

  • Being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.
  • The use of your name, gamer tag, image, and gameplay footage in promotional materials.
  • All content produced by Grand X during the tournament remains the intellectual property of Grand X.

8. Liability

  • Grand X is not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or server downtime.
  • Participants are responsible for their own equipment, software, and internet access.
  • Grand X is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for event-related purposes.

10. Amendments

Grand X reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated through official channels or event announcements.
